Welcome to my world of Patchwork and Quilting.
A quilt gives warmth and promotes a feeling of comfort and security.

The pictures on this page show a small sample of some of the quilts that I have made over several years.

Each one is unique and although similar fabrics are used in different quilts, they are never the same.

A quilt can be designed to your requirements, taking into account the time of year or specific requests e.g. the Welsh Dragon.

Once designed each square is cut by hand and pieced together using a sewing machine, then when the wadding is added and the backing in place, quilted by hand using cotton covered polyester.

All are finished by binding the edges and labeled on the back bearing my name and address together with the year. If requested I can incorporate the name of the person for whom the quilt is intended.

Finally using green embroidery thread, I stitch in my initials.
The cot quilts measure approx. 35" by 46" or 88cm by 116cm.

The quilts can be machine washed and dried although I try to avoid the latter.

I always include a hand written book containing poems and nursery rhymes in keeping with the design.

So think about an Heirloom to be treasured by your child, grandchild, nephew, cousin or godchild. Give something that is exclusive, unique and made with genuine care.
The quilt is wrapped in tissue paper and tied with ribbon, before placing in packaging for postage.

The cot quilt will be made to order and dispatched within 28 days. It will be posted via The Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service.
